At Apex Gaming PCs, we stand behind our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance rig. If your system does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our standard restocking fees.

Contact our technical support team through our support portal or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

Securely Package Your PC

Place your gaming PC back into its original internal foam packaging and double-box it to prevent hardware damage during transit; ensure all original accessories are included.

Shipping and Insurance

Affix the provided shipping label or your own insured label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the system's condition and hardware integrity, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange unit within 5-7 business days.
